Welcome to the SLJobfinder Job Forums. This forum is FREE to use for Employers/Business owners who want to place job offers. You can however make sure your placement ads are prominently displayed by choosing to pay us to make it a "sticky" on our forum. We decided that in addition to our Search which allows Employers to choose applicants on our database , we needed a forum for the Job Seekers to find the Employers!
So employers if there was something or somebody that you couldn't find on our site using our Search or, you want to be more specific about your business needs , this is a great place to post your job offers for Job Seekers to respond to!

Okay great , but how do I post here?

This forum is designed to allow Employers to post job offers, and for Job seekers to reply to them by email and not on the forums itself to reduce spam.Therefore, only Employers may start topics in this forum . Please choose an appropriate Forum category to post your jobs for better results.

If you are an Employer and wish to post a job offer in this forum here's what what to do :

1)Send an email to zeus@sljobfinder.com with your SL Name,Name of your Business and SL location.

2)After verifying that you are indeed a business owner we will upgrade your login registration to "Employer" status.This process will be done within 24 hrs. And in the meantime please use our Search Function to search for an employee while you wait.

Please email zeus@sljobfinder.com, if it takes longer than 24 hrs.

3)Once upgraded you can now always login as an Employer and post placement ads here ( start new threads) for free.


Additional Tips:

1) In order to find more reliable candidates please see if they have quoted the "SLJF Employee no:". This unique no. is assigned to candidates applying on our hub inside SL. This lets us verify their information and ensure that these are not fake ids.

2) To find the candidate using the "SLJF Emp no:" on our database, just copy the number go back to our website ( by pressing the hyperlink on the very top of the page "go back to sljobfinder.com") and use the Search function. There in the "Employee ID:" box fill in the/paste the number and voila ! you should have full details of the applicant.
